Refund & Cancellation

At KhelDost, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gaming purchases. Please read this document carefully to understand our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and replacements for both physical gaming hardware and digital game codes.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Physical Products: You may cancel your order at any time before it is packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once the courier tracking ID is generated, cancellations are no longer permitted.
  • Digital Products: Digital orders (gift cards and steam keys) are processed instantly. Once an order is completed and the digital code is sent, it is non-cancellable.

2. Physical Hardware Returns (Consoles & Accessories)

We offer a **7-Day Replacement/Return Policy** for physical products under the following conditions:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your console, controller, or keyboard is defective or fails to power on out-of-the-box, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and ship a brand new replacement.
  • Damage during Transit: If the outer box or product is visibly damaged upon delivery, please document it (photo or video) and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Condition of Return: The item must be returned in its original, unopened retail packaging, containing all manuals, wires, and accessories originally included. If the manufacturer seal is broken, we cannot offer a refund unless the product is proven to be defective.

3. Digital Keys & Gift Cards (No Refund)

[!WARNING] > **Strict Policy on Digital Licenses:** Digital codes, steam wallet codes, and game software keys are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they are emailed or revealed on screen. This is due to the nature of digital licenses, which are immediately activated on the respective platform (Steam, PSN, Xbox, etc.) and cannot be deactivated.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved (e.g. for a canceled pre-dispatch order or an approved physical return):

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card) or via Bank NEFT Transfer in case of COD orders.
  • It usually takes **5 to 7 business days** for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
