This page explains the shipping fees, processing times, delivery guidelines, and packaging security measures followed by KhelDost for all physical products purchased on our store.
1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold
- We offer **FREE Delivery** across India on all orders totaling **₹10,000.00** or more.
- For orders below ₹10,000.00, a flat shipping charge of **₹99.00** will be added to your bill during checkout to cover transport logistics.
- Digital products (such as Game Keys and Gift Cards) do NOT carry any shipping charges, as they are sent via instant email.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- All standard hardware orders are processed and packed within **24 to 48 hours** (excluding Sundays and national holidays) of payment validation.
- Pre-orders for gaming consoles or upcoming game releases will be dispatched on the official national launch date.
- Once your parcel is handed over to our shipping partner (Blue Dart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees), we will email you a unique tracking link.
3. Delivery Duration
Depending on your shipping destination, the expected delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

4. Double-Protection Packaging
We take extreme care in packaging gaming equipment:
- Consoles are packed inside custom-sized heavy cardboard cartons with thermal foam edges.
- Accessories like gaming mice or headphones are wrapped in multiple layers of heavy-duty bubble wrap.
- All physical game discs are shipped inside waterproof, tear-proof bubble mailers.
5. Delivery Failure & Re-attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to **3 times** at your shipping address. If the package remains undelivered due to unavailability of the customer or incorrect phone number, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, standard return-to-origin fees may apply before a re-dispatch is scheduled.
