1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or browsing under parent/guardian supervision to make commercial purchases on KhelDost. You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, email addresses, and phone numbers supplied during the checkout process are accurate and active.

2. Product Pricing & Accuracy

• We make every effort to display accurate product details, stock levels, and prices (including discounts). However, typographical errors in specifications or pricing database cells may occur.
• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a database glitch, KhelDost reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and initiate a full refund.
• Product pricing displayed is in Indian Rupees (₹) and is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Digital Game Codes & Keys

Certain products on KhelDost are digital licenses (game activation keys or wallet cards). Upon completing checkout and validation:

• The game key is delivered digitally to your registered email address.
• You are responsible for redeeming the key on the correct platform (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.).
• Once a digital key has been revealed or emailed to you, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

4. User Accounts & Security

If you create an administrative account or register a profile, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

KhelDost and its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of products sold on the website. This includes but is not limited to system delays, hardware incompatibility, or loss of gaming tournament records.

6. Governing Law

These terms and your relationship with KhelDost are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
